All prices are based on the Swedish currency SEK (SEK), the website will automatically adjust your currency and language depending on where you are in the world. You can change both language and currency on the website.

All packages are sent from Sweden via Postnord. Their service is safe, durable and credible. After customs, your country's postal service will take over.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. Beadedbyelin is not responsible for delays to customers.

Beadedbyelin takes no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, a fire, a war, a government decision, or non-delivery from a supplier.

You will receive a tracking number via the email you provide. (if you have chosen to send with tracking). Be sure to enter a secure mailing address.

If you experience shipping issues, I recommend that you make a claim to USPS.

PRICE, VAT AND SHIPPING.

For deliveries outside the EU, no VAT is charged. The carrier, UPS, or local authorities may charge VAT and other customs duties. For further information on this, please refer to the customs authority in each country. Beadedbyelin has no information on rules or tariffs for delivery to countries outside the EU.

ORDER: Your package will be sent by registered / traceable mail via Postnord.

WHEN DO WE SHIP: Your order will be sent within 2-3 days after the order are placed.

PACKAGING - Depending on which earrings you bought, they are packed differently.

SWEDISH & INTERNATIONAL ORDER WITHIN THE EU: Your package will be sent with Postnord as a regular letter or traceable depending on what you have chosen at checkout.

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and converted to your currency depending on which country you are in (you can of course choose to change currency on the website), all prices within the EU are exclusive of 25% Swedish VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping & any customs fee delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.

Complaints and complaints

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.

You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
